    Dance Injury Risk Reduction and Performance Training

    Tailored strength and conditioning designed to prevent dance-related injuries and elevate performance. Program targets specific weaknesses, technique and beneficial cross-training while also enhancing overall ability, delivered by a provider with personal dance experience and extensive expertise in dance science and kinesiology.

    This is great for dancers, cheerleaders, gymnasts and other athletes.
