Dr. Sarah McClellen

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Dance Science from Texas A&M University, where she combined her love of ballet and modern dance with the education needed to understand and treat dance-specific injuries and movement impairments.

Before pursuing her doctorate, she gained valuable experience working in management roles in both medical and fitness settings, providing opportunities to work with diverse populations across a wide range of abilities.

Sarah went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill—one of the most distinguished programs in the country. During this time, Sarah studied under renowned faculty, engaged in research on patient education and imaging, and deepened her passion for helping people gain self-sufficiency, rather than dependence, through education and relationships.

Sarah enjoys treating patients of all ages and addresses a wide range of conditions, including both orthopedic and neurological dysfunction. Sarah’s love for PT, people, and learning is constantly growing. Sarah is also a certified personal trainer and has taught reformer Pilates for 2 years. Currently, she is pursuing several certifications to expand her expertise and professional network.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and daughter, hiking, weight lifting, fly fishing, and sewing.

We’d love the chance to get to know you and see how we can support your journey!
